How InsiderPulse works

InsiderPulse is a market signals platform. We monitor 26,000+ assets across insider filings, FINRA ATS dark pool data, congressional trades, options flow and momentum data, scored continuously in real time, then surface the highest-scored signals through an algorithmic scoring engine. Everything on this page explains how to use it. Nothing here is investment advice.

Not financial advice. Algorithmically generated data outputs only.

The signal-to-opportunity loop

Most users move through three steps: browse the full universe on Browse Assets, narrow to the highest-scored opportunities in Pulsey's Watchlist, then Ask Pulsey to fill in context before making any decision.

01

Browse Assets

Browse all 26,000+ scored assets ranked by our algorithmic scoring engine. Filter by sector, asset class, or score band to find opportunities that match your strategy.

02

Pulsey's Watchlist

The highest-scored signals surfaced as reference data, with entry price, target, and stop-loss ranges generated by the model. These are data outputs, not instructions to trade.

03

Ask Pulsey

Ask questions about any asset, signal, or sector. Pulsey pulls from real-time news, My Watchlist, and live market context.

Every feature, explained

A deeper walkthrough of each section of the app, with how to find it, how to use it, and where the limits are.

Browse Assets

What it does

The full universe browser. Every asset with a computed score, filterable and sortable.

How to use it

Navigate to Browse Assets from the sidebar. Use the filter bar to narrow by sector, asset class, or score threshold. Click any ticker to see its detail page.

Pro tip: The score distribution shifts over time. An asset scoring 70 in a quiet week may score 50 in a volatile one. Watch for relative movement, not absolute thresholds.

Scores are algorithmic outputs, not recommendations to buy or sell.

Pulsey's Watchlist

What it does

The highest-scored signals across the universe, presented as reference data with entry, target, and stop-loss ranges.

How to use it

Open What Pulsey's Watching from the sidebar. Each signal shows a ticker, entry reference, target reference, stop-loss reference, and live price. Use the disclaimer banner at the top of the page as context. These are data outputs, not trade instructions.

Pro tip: The Live dot next to a price means the data is under 10 minutes old. Delayed or daily-close data is flagged.

Entry, target, and stop-loss figures are reference data generated by the scoring model. They are not recommendations or instructions to trade. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Market Sectors

What it does

Sector and trend groupings. The model's view of where capital is flowing across industries.

How to use it

Open Sectors from the sidebar. Each sector shows a Sector Score - a 0-100 strength level for that sector, not a ranking against other sectors - and a list of member assets. Click a sector to see its history.

Pro tip: Sectors move slower than individual signals. A rising sector score often precedes individual asset signal clusters in the same sector.

Ask Pulsey

What it does

A chat interface where Pulsey answers questions about assets, signals, sectors, and general market context.

How to use it

Open Ask Pulsey from the sidebar. Ask in your own words. Pulsey has access to My Watchlist, the signals you are tracking, and real-time web context.

Pro tip: Ask follow-up questions. Pulsey remembers the thread.

Pulsey provides general market commentary and data context, not personalised financial advice.

Alerts

What it does

In-app alerts that appear on the Alerts page when a ticker in My Watchlist meets your alert conditions.

How to use it

Set your thresholds on the Alerts page. Alerts appear in-app on your next visit, no email or push delivery.

My Watchlist

What it does

A list of tickers you care about, surfaced across the app (dashboard highlights, alerts, Ask Pulsey context). Separate from Pulsey's Watchlist, which is what the model itself is tracking.

How to use it

Add tickers from any asset detail page. Manage them on the My Watchlist page.

Trading Bots

What it does

Automated execution of the signals Pulsey is watching. Professional only, coming soon.

How to use it

Coming soon. We are working through licensing before this can be switched on. Professional subscribers get first access when it launches. Broker connections are not available yet.

Trading Bots are not live. Nothing is executed on your behalf today, and no broker can be connected until licensing is complete.

Frequently asked questions

How does the 0-100 scoring work?
Every asset is scored from 0 to 100 by combining the signals we collect for it, such as insider filings, options activity, dark-pool prints, news and price behaviour. Each signal family is weighted by how it has actually performed in our historical data, and the score is recalculated as new data arrives. The signals behind any score are shown in plain language on the asset page.
What data sources does InsiderPulse use?
Regulatory filings such as SEC Form 4 insider transactions, congressional trade disclosures, exchange reported options activity, dark-pool and volume data, daily open, high, low and close prices, published news and company information. We use licensed market data providers and public regulatory sources only.
Is InsiderPulse financial advice?
No. InsiderPulse is a data and research tool and does not provide recommendations. Nothing in the product is financial advice, and nothing takes your personal situation into account. You make every decision yourself, and you should speak to a licensed financial adviser before investing.
Which asset classes are covered?
Stocks, ETFs, crypto, forex and commodities, with dedicated boards for each class plus sector level views. Coverage spans more than 25,000 assets, and each class uses scoring tuned to the data available for it.
How often do signals update?
Data collection runs continuously through the day, prices refresh daily after the market close, and scores are recalculated as new filings, news and market data land. Watchlist signals are reviewed on every scoring run, so what you see on the board reflects the most recent completed run.
